Pharmacists now see their pharmacy as a whole rather than as two parts. So does LOTS. When the Total LOTS system is installed (ie. Dispensary plus Point-of-Sale), it knows that 'Cartia Tablets', whether dispensed or sold OTC is all part of the same stock and need to be reordered when low. It knows that 'patients', 'debtors' and 'customer club members' are all people, and any person known to any part of the system will be known to all parts.The total system with POINT-OF-SALE is operating in a growing number of pharmacies either stand-alone or as an optional add-on to pharmacies already using LOTS DISPENSARY.

Completely multi-user

Anything that LOTS can do, can be done on each of its terminals simultaneously, whether they are located in the dispensary or the shop (providing the staff member is authorised).For example, in the shop you can interrupt a sale to look up a patient dispensary history and then return to the sale, or in the dispensary you can interrupt a script to check sales history and then return to the script.All terminals share the same data, so you can access all of your information from any terminal at any time.

HeadOffice

LOTS HeadOffice allows you to make use of advanced technology such as VPN (Virtual Private Networking), Terminal Services and RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol). This enables a head office to control, manage stock, and buy for the whole group. It allows considerably improved performance for an 'owned' chain, a franchise group, or a buying group. You can also gain access to other "branches" LOTS data from a remote site - safely and securely.

Clubs

With LOTS Clubs you can create any number of clubs for your store and have the software keep track of your club sales and club customers. From within LOTS you can then generate targeted mailouts to your club customers and make them feel extra special by offering targeted promotions and special deals. Take the hassle out of tracking your best customers.

Specials

LOTS enables you to automate your store promotions. With LOTS Specials you can easily add items to special and select either a start and finish date or a maximum sell quantity. You can create as many promotions as you like and the price will automatically revert back to the normal price upon completion of the promotion. It can also print price labels with the special price on it and will notify staff when items go on or come off special. This is just one of the many features within LOTS designed to boost your productivity.
